How it Works:

Initial consultation - We will answer the following questions and create personalized program for your company.

       Account set up - the accounts will be yours.
       Client list - what is the best way to update your customer information?
       Mail piece created and approved - your art or ours.
       Pieces are mailed
       Tracking and reporting - how often would you like to see the progress?

Choose Your Level of Participation

There should be a designated person making certain that each day, week, month and quarter the appropriate mail and email pieces are going out to the appropriate groups in your database or geo-targeted area.

Art should be created for the Pulem landing page, a greeting card, a postcard and an email. Everyday the CSV file should be extracted and uploaded to Purlem. Once the pURLs are created, that CSV file should be extracted and uploaded to Constant Contact and an email campaign should be scheduled. Then, the CSV file should be uploaded to prepare the postcards and greeting cards.

Without proper management, these daily tasks get put off and the campaign loses its consistency. We will be your designated person OR we will support your designated person.

EXAMPLE: Full management - after initial account set-up (no-fee), we will:

1. Create Purlem pages for your campaign.
2. Upload the CSV file of client information that you provide to create purls.
3. Download the purls to be uploaded into Constant Contact.
4. Create the email in Constant Contact directing people to their personalized site.
5. Upload list, schedule and send emails.
6. Upload list into greeting card / postcard system.
7. Create greeting card / postcard.
8. The system will then address, package, stamp and mail greeting cards or postcards.

We do this on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, depending on your goals. Several campaigns can be executed within the month.

EXAMPLE: Co-managed - after initial account set-up (no-fee), we will:

1. Provide telephone and video support as needed.
2. Log-in to Purlem, Constant Contact and greeting / postcard system accounts weekly to make sure all tasks have been completed and client lists are being updated regularly.

For Managed Programs:

   You approve campaigns.
   You provide artwork or approve ours.
   You provide client list and updates in .CSV format. OR, allow your account manager access to your CRM for the sole purpose of obtaining this list for you.
   That's it! All other assets are developed and placed into mailings and mailings are sent by us.
   We keep the consistency of the program going.
   Reports are sent to you and feedback sent to your staff for immediate follow up.

For Do It Yourself Programs: (training and support provided)

   You develop campaigns.
   You upload artwork.
   You upload and update client lists.
   You upload other digital assets to be put on the mailings.
   You log into system and walk through steps to send out mailings. (It's really not as hard as it sounds.)
   We follow up at agreed upon intervals, provide support and regularly check that the lists and campaigns are maintained.
