Sadie will now be looking after 4 schools and will report directly to Paul Rogers, AiP’s Operations Director.
“We are extremely pleased to be able to offer this new position to Sadie and even more so that she has accepted,” explained Paul Rogers, “We feel very strongly about recognising our high achieving staff and offer enhanced prospects where possible.
Sadie spent 11 years at the finance company, KPMG, as a head chef before coming to AiP and ran a small canteen from her early teenage years.
“I’m really pleased with what I have achieved over the past 5 years with AiP and was ecstatic that they saw an opportunity for me to progress further; I’m very proud of myself,” said Sadie.
Sadie has achieved 7061 and 7062 qualifications plus BTEC National Diploma for Hotel Management and Institutional studies. Break as an auxiliary nurse before becoming unit manager
David Weller, Managing Director for AiP commented: “The job commenced in the September term and Sadie has really thrived and enjoyed it, despite being a little nervous to begin with.”
AiP have recently been awarded the Marine Stewardship Council’s mark of approval for their sustained sourcing and preparation of fish stocks and are currently working towards ISO9001, ISO18001 and ISO14001. Investing in their people remains a string part of their company philosophy.
