A list of participating businesses is available along with an interactive Google Map to help families plot out their route. Families that get their punch card filled out by all participating businesses can submit it to the Chamber of Commerce for a prize drawing. This is a great community event for kids and parents alike to get out and have wholesome Halloween fun while meeting other residents and business owners in the greater Sun Prairie area.
There are some businesses that are getting extra festive and setting up decorations to get into the Halloween spirit. There is a decorating contest going on across all of the participants who have decked out their businesses for this spooky event, with three prizes awarded. The first-place business will receive $100, second place will receive $75, and third place will receive $50.
There will be dozens of businesses taking part this year. Access Community Health Center is among those participating;
Dorn True Value Hardware is also participating at their Sun Prairie location on Windsor St, as is the Prairie Athletic Club, one of the many prize donors this year. Additional prizes are also being donated by the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home.
Of course, Stark Chevrolet Sun Prairie will be joining the festivities, as their Chevy dealership has a reputation for being a part of the Sun Prairie community by offering more than just the latest Chevrolet vehicles.
Residents with questions about Stark Chevrolet's involvement in the 2012 Spooktacular are encouraged to contact the dealership and speak with a member of their team. Questions about the Spooktacular in general can be directed to the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce at 837-4547 or email@example.com.
