Altus Dynamics A Finalist In 2 Categories At The 10th Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards

Altus Dynamics announced today that it has been selected as a Finalist in two award categories; Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year and Customer Experience Partner of the Year at the upcoming 2012 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards.

Altus Dynamics has been chosen as a finalist in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year Award which recognizes a partner that has excelled in providing innovative and unique sales, services, solutions, and/or support based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Altus’ client, Pathways to Education Canada and their Dynamics CRM based solution was profiled, highlighting how the solution has improved the organization’s ability to serve more at risk school going children, and serve them better. The second award is Customer Experience Partner of the Year, which they they won in 2011 (http://www.altusdynamics.com/PressReleases2011/altus_IMPA...), for their Customer Success Program and approach to customer service. The Program strives to establish and maintain long term customer relationships via a range of tools including ensuring smooth handovers, regular planned communication, liaising between the client and Altus Support and product road-mapping.
