Oct. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Having recognized the need to gain a clearer competitive edge for their required growth targets as well as finding new and innovative ways of engaging partners and learners, Wakefield College have partnered with Crimson to bring Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to key parts of their business.

Tracking enquiries and business opportunities across this diverse and innovative  further education college had been difficult, especially tracking apprenticeships, work based learning and training, but with the power of Dynamics CRM, Wakefield have delivered to their users an incredibly flexible and functional solution to drive their business development systems, retention and achievement .

With the first project implemented on time and on budget, Wakefield College have now decided to  expand the use of Dynamics CRM across other areas of the college, adding new and innovative projects, including the integration of the college corporate financial management solution, to enable richer analysis of income targets against the many varied business opportunities.

Utilizing the Event Management aspects of Dynamics CRM and The Crimson Accelerators, Wakefield College will manage business development events, college road shows and training courses, including management and current training courses requiring renewal, such as health and safety courses.

Crimson have also provided a complete BI solution to the CRM implementation to allow for both comprehensive and enriched reporting to be made available to users across the college.

For SMT and individual business managers, the solution caters for the diverse perspectives needed to deliver pertinent and appropriate KPI’s and dashboards to  these decision makers.  Integration into Outlook for email and calendaring underpins the overall functionality of the solution providing a key business platform for college growth.
