The Stingray was designed by Larry Shinoda under the direction of GM chief stylist Bill Mitchell. The 1967 Corvette 427 Stingray Coupe was the last Corvette of the second generation and is considered to be one of the most highly sought after Corvettes ever produced. Finished in Rally Red with a white stinger hood and beautiful white interior, this Vette has only 54,000 documented miles with the original tank sheet. Powered by a 427/400hp 3x2 carb’d motor and a Muncie M21 4-speed manual transmission, this classic showcases several special features including factory side-pipes, factory A/C, and bolt-on wheels. The 1967 Corvette Stingray Coupe was also the first Corvette to feature four red taillights.
The 2012 Corvette Grand Sport Stingray Coupe also comes finished in Rally Red with a white stinger hood and a beautiful white interior. This Vette showcases several special features including a full-width spoiler, custom front bucket seats, red brake calipers, AM/FM stereo with a CD player and MP3 playback, OnStar®, side scoops, remote keyless entry and start and dual-mode exhaust. Transformed by Lingenfelter Performance Engineering into a 570hp supercar and outfitted with an unassuming exterior this Vette is the true definition of a “sleeper” car.
