Oct. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- Despite receiving more than 10,000 job applications through the carecareers service in the past twelve months, an increase of 50% year-on-year, the project team at carecareers aren't resting on their laurels and have set their sights on maintaining this impressive incremental growth.

With more than 300 employers across NSW registered to use carecareers the intention is to further enhance their service offering by maximising their job adverts visibility in the search engine results. To meet this aim carecareers have adopted JXT Consulting's cutting-edge job board technology which went live Monday 15th of October at http://jobs.carecareers.com.au

The NSW government-funded initiative was launched in January 2010 to help job seekers connect with the thousands of opportunities in the care sector. Employers in this sector are looking to recruit up to 10,000 people in the next five years so it's a growth sector and consequently offers enviable employment security.

The drive is on to recruit people across a wide range of roles including: speech pathologists, physiotherapists, frontline support workers, gardeners, drivers, cooks, accountants, human resources professionals, marketing and executive staff.

The programme's success to-date has been widely attributed to increasing awareness of the many benefits that working within the disability and community care sector offers employees, such as on-the-job training, flexible working hours and the potential to build a career in a booming industry sector.

About carecareers:
carecareers is a one-stop shop for those searching for jobs or simply interested in finding out more about a career in the disability and community care sector.

The www.carecareers.com.au job site is much like Seek or MyCareer but has the added benefit of also offering a careers advisory service and local rate help-line (1300 637 637) for job seekers.
