While foodies in Singapore are certainly no strangers to Asian cuisine, few have had the opportunity to try truly authentic recipes from countries like Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia, simply because these dishes are typically not served in restaurants and hotels. From 15 – 17 November, for three nights only, Gastrogig shows foodies exactly what they have been missing out on with Chef Will Meyrick, celebrity chef and owner of acclaimed Balinese Restaurants, Sarong and Mama San.
Gastrogig presents Singapore’s first pop-up restaurant to feature Celebrity Chefs and artists from emerging gastronomic destinations in a culinary extravaganza. Orchestrated once a month over a weekend only, each Gastrogig is a flash of culinary and artistic brilliance exploring novel cuisine from around the world. Truly a feast for the senses, expect the unexpected as dinners are hosted in a series of unconventional locations, redefined to challenge traditional perceptions. Gastrogig is an intimate affair with limited seating so diners can enjoy a heightened culinary experience as our Celebrity Chefs get up close and personal.
