PROJECT SCOPE:   Start of construction of 23,000 square foot comprehensive early learning center school.  This is a retrofit and adaptive re-use of the former Nevada State Museum facility at Lorenzi Park, Downtown Las Vegas.

PROJECT SCOPE:   Initial facility Rehabilitation of a former 125 unit motel into housing for United States Veterans located in Downtown Las Vegas. Initial improvements will include a makeover of the welcome intake area, rehab of the pool and parking lot improvements.

PROJECT SCOPE:   Rehabilitation/adaptive reuse of a modular building into a community neighborhood center, a children’s playground makeover and rehab of a community laundry.
