MY Museum families to learn about the secret lives of Holiday Elves!

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 20, 2012 - Monterey -- Monterey County Youth Museum will be hosting a very special Elves-in-Training event on Sunday, December 16th! This special event will be packed with fun holiday-inspired activities aimed to delight and entertain little ones ages four and up. Activities include elf costumes, lively games, an official certificate of completion and a tasty treat to enjoy. Pre-registration is required $20 members/$25 non-members, adult supervision is required limit two adults per child. Call 649-6444 to register.

MY Museum is located at 425 Washington Street, downtown Monterey. The facility offers 8,500 square feet of interactive exhibits including MY Healthy Farm, MY Hospital, and MY Day at the Beach, a special 3 and under area dedicated to infants and toddlers. MY Museum offers regular daily programs that encourage self-directed learning and exploration in a fun, safe environment for families with children up to 10 years old.

MY Museum General Information:Admission $7 adults and children, children under 2 free.
Open Monday-Saturday 10-5pm, 12-5pm Sundays, closed Wednesdays. The mission of MY Museum is to provide an environment where curiosity and creativity flourish, while both children and adults learn together through experience.
