Dr. R. P. Singh, Director JB Knowledge Park said that the workshop will help students start their own business. Today’s market has very tough competition and needs trained hands, skill sets and knowledge. Entrepreneur involves risk and risk -assessment. Broadening the vision and extending the horizon of awareness is much needed.
Mr. Rajiv Chawla said that India needs entrepreneurs to come up. Today’s people need to keep faith in their dreams and should have courage to take steps. The vision needs to clear. For sustainability, one need to keep their knowledge updated with the high spirit of competition. It truly demands the great courage, intelligence and determination to sustain.
The workshop was held in two sessions. In the first session, Mr. Rajiv Chawla talked about the importance of awareness. Documentary on success stories and reason of failures were also shown. This helped in better understanding of loop holes. The second was more interactive. Queries were not only raised by the students but faculties also took the privilege of the workshop. Some free materials were also distributed to the students like booklets and CD’s etc. so that their knowledge will further enhance. The session ended with a thanks giving note by the director Dr. R. P. Singh.
