Exhilway Private Capital Market (EPCM), the India’s first pre-IPO market helping emerging
companies to raise money directly via private equity investors.
India is a major hotspot for information technology service providers to invest for growth. IT
vendors are investing in emerging geographies in Asia Pacific, Latin America, West Asia and
Africa for business.
Minds2Mentor is valued at INR 190 crore on the basis of its 4 years financial projections by
EPCM and will shell out close to 5.26% equity to raise the expansion funds.
