Prudential Howe & Doherty Broker/Owner Named 2012 President of NEAR

Oct. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- ANDOVER, MA – Christopher Doherty, Broker/Owner of Prudential Howe & Doherty, REALTORS, has been elected as the 2013 president of The Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR).  One of the firm’s Agents, Mary O’Donoghue, who served as the 2012 President of NEAR, has been named as Treasurer for the coming year.

Doherty has been a Broker and member of the Realtor Association since 1974.  He has held multiple leadership positions within the Association during his membership.  He has earned awards as Realtor of the Year from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Distinguished Service Award from the Northeast Association of Realtors, and multiple Prudential performance awards.

O’Donoghue has been a Realtor since 1990 and is an active member of the community including the current Vice Chair of the Andover Finance Committee.  She specializes in marketing & selling properties in the Andover/North Andover area.

All three owners - Doug Howe, JB Doherty and Chris Doherty - are Officers in the company and are actively involved in the day to day management of the company.
