Famous Dave’s Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que® to Open in South Coast Metro

Oct. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Famous Dave’s Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que° will add another location to its award-winning family of restaurants, opening in South Coast Metro later this month. This new restaurant opening, slated for Oct. 29, aligns with the company's strategic goal of expanding the Famous Dave's North American footprint and meeting the demands of communities across the continent.

Famous Dave’s newest location is an ideal space for family gatherings, business meetings, after-work happy hours, and it is the perfect place to recharge after a day of shopping. The Famous Dave’s menu offers a hearty roundup of award-winning ribs, hickory-smoked meats, and other BBQ favorites, such as St. Louis-Style Ribs brushed with Rich & Sassy® Sauce, Texas Beef Brisket, Georgia Chopped Pork, Country-Roasted Chicken, Wilbur Beans, Creamy Coleslaw and Dave’s Famous Bread Pudding. A Lil’ Wilbur Kid’s Menu includes classic kid favorites, such as Macaroni & Cheese and Chicken Tenders. Famous Dave’s offers family style dishes ideal for sharing with the kids, as well as a full wine list.

All beverage sales from Famous Dave’s Family and Friends Nights, Oct. 25-27,  will benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation For the Cure Orange County in supporting local breast health outreach, screening coordination, mammography for women in need, and treatment services for underserved women in the community. Famous Dave’s will present the Foundation with a donation check at the grand opening ceremony, Oct. 29 at 10:30 a.m. Don’t miss the lunch round-up on grand opening day, the first 100 guests will win Famous Dave’s for a year.
