AVC continued in 2011, where 2010 left off. The team
have been extremely busy, working in some far flung
places (Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea)
as well as our favourite haunts (Qatar, Bahrain, Thailand,
South Korea).
AVC undertook some unusual valuations in 2011,
including a deep water diving school, a sugar refinery and
a claim at LNG Terminal. We also saw our regular
industries well represented including Refineries, LNG
facilities, Petrochemical Plants and Power Stations.
2011 saw personnel changes at AVC. We welcomed
Michael Cross as a Valuation Engineer, who studied
Mechanical Engineering, and Paul Davies as our
Marketing Consultant, who worked for Miller, Marsh and
Minets for over 30 years as a broker in the Energy division
and Ashley Wall as Marketing Executive who worked in
PR for Adidas, Help for Heroes and the Ryder Cup.
AVC started Asian Valuation Consultants Co. Ltd, and
opened an office in central Bangkok. This is proving to be
an interesting venture, and we look forward to further developing valuations throughout the region.

system, continues to be improved at every opportunity, and
we are currently working on a revised version.
