Liberal vs Conservative Audio Book Release Gains Attention as Election Nears

Oct. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Scott Reeves, author, and Larry Oliver, audio book narrator, announce the renewed interest in Reeves's recently released audio book version of “Liberal vs. Conservative,” narrated by Larry Oliver.  The audio book is being distributed by Apple, Audible and Amazon.

Reeves states:  “The 2012 elections are right around the corner, and with the general tones of this year's campaigns, combined with the seemingly deep political division between Republicans and Democrats, the book could not be more timely.”

Reeves also explained that he chose Oliver to narrate this book because of Oliver's unique ability to bring these characters to life, by way of the subtly nuanced voices he created for them. Oliver states:  “This hilarious and dramatic view of the generalities that liberals and conservatives each have of the "other" side helps point out the obvious--how much alike we all are.”

In the book, civil war breaks out in the suburbs when avid talk radio show listener and devout conservative Marty Johnson becomes fed up with liberal policies. He and his wife decide to take out their frustrations by declaring war on the quintessential liberal family that lives next door, the Kaufmans. The ensuing war of ideologies soon threatens to tear both families apart.
