Burke, also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of LifeWorks, added, “Being a teen today is more challenging than ever. Our group sessions will help young people successfully navigate challenges like peer pressure and make their own way in the world.” The teen sessions, which meet at the LifeWorks Nutley office, are designed to help young people communicate better with their families, peers and teachers, and to talk about teen issues, such as how their lives are affected by social media. The teen sessions expand the services offered by LifeWorks, which has been providing compassionate, confidential, goal-oriented therapy for adults, couples and families.
