Lennar recently unveiled the four-bedroom Stanton and Chatham home designs and the three-bedroom Easton design at Cedar Point, each of which offers a fresh new take on living in the community of 173 single-family homes. All three designs include a basement, two-car garage and the ability to add an additional bedroom and bathroom to the floor plan. The designs provide more flexibility to buyers while offering unique layouts on both the first and second floors.

The Stanton design is a four-bedroom, two bath home with a combined great room and breakfast nook, kitchen, den, dining room and patio. The master suite includes a luxurious master bath and a large walk-in closet. A fifth bedroom with adjoining bath can be incorporated into the floor plan. The Chatham design is similar to the Stanton, with a variation on the great room and breakfast nook spaces and an alternative kitchen layout. A fifth bedroom with adjoining bath can also be added to the Chatham design, along with stairs that lead directly from the garage to the bedroom.
The Easton design is a three-bedroom, 2 ½ -bath layout with a kitchen, breakfast nook, great room, den and porch on the first floor. A fourth bedroom with bath can be added to the floor plan, which can be accessed via stairs that lead directly from the garage to the bedroom.
Located in Atlantic County, Cedar Point features nine distinctive home designs in all offering from 1,643 to 3,719 square feet of living space at prices starting in the mid-$200,000s. The impressive portfolio of designs includes The Genesis which was specifically created for multi-generational living. Part of Lennar’s Next GenSM – The Home Within a Home – series, The Genesis features a primary three-bedroom, two-story home, as well as a separate, one-bedroom suite on the first floor, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a great room, bath and kitchenette large enough for a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Connecting doors to the suite can be locked at either end, allowing the suite to be integrated into the main living area of the primary home or to function as a private residence. A field model for the Genesis design will be framed and available for hard hat tours beginning in October, with completion scheduled for the end of the year.
