QualStaff Healthcare & Science, a division of QualStaff Resources, is proud to announce its 100% sponsorship of The Annual Kansas City RN of the Year Award for 2012. This award, designed to specifically recognize RN’s in the Kansas City Metro who consistently put the needs of their patients above their own, is an annual award given to a Registered Nurse nominated by their peers.

The award nomination period began October 1, 2012 and extends until November 30, 2012. After all nominations have been collected an independent panel made up of local healthcare executives from several hospital and clinic systems in Kansas City will select a winner. The prize of a free iPhone5 and a Certificate of Recognition will be presented to the winning RN on December 12, 2012.
The website, www.KansasCityRN.com has been launched as a forum for RN’s to stay informed on upcoming events, healthcare advances and ongoing awareness of the healthcare landscape in Kansas City. In addition, the site contains a job board of potential careers for healthcare professionals.
