Meeson Williams Tackles Imbalance in Oxfordshire Property Market

Meeson William’s latest review of Oxfordshire’s commercial property market found that around 26% of office accommodation (by floor area) was let/sold during Q2 2012.

PRLog - Oct. 17, 2012 - Meeson William’s latest review of Oxfordshire’s commercial property market found that around 26% of office accommodation (by floor area) was let/sold during Q2 2012.

The recent upturn is welcomed by commercial property agents, although Meeson Williams found that certain sectors are experiencing significant gaps; particularly nursery units (< 1000 sq ft) for start-up businesses.

It seems that the office market is also unbalanced, with 62% of buildings in the Abingdon area having less than 3,000 sq ft - the average requirement in the area is 4,475 sq ft.

Meeson Williams have places offices at Milton Park, targeting the average space requirement of the area, to alleviate the issue of imbalance.

David Williams states: “This is exactly the product required in the market, offering the right size, location and quality of offices needed… This particular office also offers a fitted solution ready to go with data cabling, glazed partitions and even workstations available.”
