The recent upturn is welcomed by commercial property agents, although Meeson Williams found that certain sectors are experiencing significant gaps; particularly nursery units (< 1000 sq ft) for start-up businesses.
It seems that the office market is also unbalanced, with 62% of buildings in the Abingdon area having less than 3,000 sq ft - the average requirement in the area is 4,475 sq ft.
