PRLog - Oct. 16, 2012 - EDINA, Minn. -- Outgoing MNRSA President Gauher Mohammad accepted a plaque from his successor at the Minnesota Staffing and Recruiting Association 2012 Annual Symposium and Industry Partner Showcase on Thursday, September 26 at the Crown Plaza Minneapolis West Hotel in Plymouth, Minnesota. The plaque from the MNRSA Board of Directors expressed appreciation and gratitude to Mohammed for his two years of volunteer service as President of MNRSA for 2011 and 2012. During his tenure, Mohammad led various events and fundraising projects for the professional organization, including their annual golf tournament.

Gauher Mohammad is Vice President with Doherty Staffing Solutions of Edina, Minnesota. In 2001, Mohammad started his Doherty career as a Service Manager. Today, he oversees operations and service functions for the entire Southern Minnesota market. A graduate of Minnesota State University in Mankato, Mohammad spearheaded a scholarship program for Riverland Community College that has helped over 200 students with industrial and technical certifications since 2006.
Mohammad’s term as President for MNRSA will officially end on December 31st , 2012 and Vice President Thomas Thissen will step into the role.
