Recently, Stelter & Brinck implemented a couple time-saving changes on their website for customers. The RFQ or data sheet pages were shortened in length tremendously. The previous RFQ pages asked customers numerous detailed questions pertaining to their project. While all of the questions on the old RFQ page weren’t required to be filled in, the form was quite lengthy and could have been overwhelming to some people. In order to make the online RFQ process quicker and simpler, Stelter & Brinck has shortened the RFQ page to include a few basic contact questions and a box where customers can describe their project, if they desire. In the event a customer would prefer the longer project questionnaire, the old data sheet can be accessed by clicking on the link on the left hand side of the RFQ webpage. The website now also features in-site search. This feature will help customers to find what they are looking for on Stelter & Brinck’s webpage quickly, without having to browse through pages. The search function is located in the upper right hand corner of S&B’s website.
