The Recruiter is responsible for attracting and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates, interviewing, screening, reviewing resumes, checking references in order to fill job orders and meet client demand. Responsibilities potentially include but are not limited to working with the hiring managers to understand customer hiring processes, procedures and policies. In addition, they will be held accountable for meeting and exceeding on-time delivery service level agreements for their customer(s). Their success will be highly impacted by their ability to develop working relationships with their candidates & clients. They must understand the importance of being a true consultant.
Required Qualifications Include:
2+ years recruiting, staffing in both the contract and direct hire arenas.
Industry Experience a MUST.
Meet and exceed all financial objectives and comply with all operating metrics.
Demonstrated experience in screening, hiring, orienting, assigning and managing temporary employees. Must also be able to market candidates to hiring managers and negotiate salary rates.
Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, interpersonal and decision making skills are required. Individual must be able to function independently/
Must be innovative in their approach.
Attention to detail - with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills required.
Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of basic HR Requirements.
Excellent computer skills to include: Microsoft Office Suite, Data Base searches, E-mail and Internet processes.
