The event started with an introduction by Transbotics Board Member and former NBC and CBS basketball sportscaster Billy Packer. The event proceeded to the description of Laser Guided Vehicles and Automated Guided Carts. The educational portion consisted of informing the children about all aspects in designing and implementing the products in various industries and environments. The teams also witnessed live demonstrations of the various vehicles. An enthusiastic Mr. Packer said, “It was very fruitful to watch these young kids entertained and curious about the future. Their intense attitude, regardless of age, was a sight to see. The future is in great shape with kids like these looking forward!” The event closed with Mr. Packer encouraging the kids to continue learning, building and creating as they broke for lunch.
