Thisachievement reinforces Raymond James Caravans commitment to best practice and to treating consumers in a fair and honest way while delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer service.

The NCC Approved Dealership scheme covers sales of tourers and/or motorhomes. It is one of three Consumer Code initiatives developed by the NCC (National Caravan Council), the trade body for the UK tourer,
motorhome, holiday and park home industries of which Raymond James Caravans are members.

At the heart of each scheme is a Consumer Code of Practice establishing the benchmark for how an NCC member business should undertake all relations with its customer base. After a comprehensive independent
on-site assessment, Raymond James Caravans was found to meet all of the strict criteria governing the scheme and was awarded NCC Approved Dealership status.
