The Light Rail Train Business Directory™ identifies locations near train stations in 29 U.S. Cities.
First developed as a printed guide in 1999, the online directory maps locations within a block of train stations. So even if you have 110 degrees in Phoenix, or snowfall in Denver, you can get to your destination within minutes of leaving the station. Phone numbers are also provided so you can call before you board the train.
“Business is fluid, especially around newer light rail networks,” explains the Founder, Randy Luethye. “Many businesses struggle through the construction phase and either close their doors, or are near closing their doors as the new lines begin operations.”
LightRailNetwork.com officially launched the flagship website for Phoenix five months before the train began operations in December 2008. After realizing more than 137,000 hits in January 2009, Mr. Luethye accelerated research and development for other cities and now has nearly all cities mapped in the United States.
“It has been a one-man operation so far,” Randy continues. “I taught myself how to build a website, develop 360-degree videos and even produce background music. Sometimes, it is a little overwhelming trying to finish all of this on a part-time basis.”
