Some of Susan Wingate's latest news! Her 3-Book “Susie Speider” YA Fiction Series just received a publishing contract with Astraea Press.
Originally a self-publishing book, "Spider Brains" (the no. 1 book in the "Susie Speider" series) was so compelling to Stephanie Taylor, the publisher of Astraea Press, that she contacted Susan requesting publishing rights and offering Susan a contract for the series.
As well, two of Susan’s books made it onto the top 10 Amazon Bestseller list... twice!
DROWNING (another indie-published work) won 1st place in the 2011 Forward National Literature Award for the Drama category. DROWNING also won a finalist award for the category of Women’s Fiction/Chick Lit in the 2011 International Book Awards and reached #1 on the Amazon’s Best Seller list.
