New Acquisition for Vistra Group announced in Belgium

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 15, 2012 - Earlier this year, Vistra announced other acquisitions in both Luxembourg and the Netherlands, to strengthen its growing operations in the Benelux countries. Corporate Services Belgium (“CSB”) is a corporate services provider employing a range of specialist staff across two offices offering clients a range of legal, corporate, financial and administrative services. They focus on supporting clients seeking to create and manage corporate structures within Belgium.

Eric Hendrickx, managing director of CSB will take over as managing director of Vistra’s operations in Belgium and will oversee the full rebranding of the company to Vistra’s identity before the end of this year. CSB clients will have access to the full range of services offered by the Vistra group from their international network.
