Why we NEED to harness hope, awaken our dreams and IGNITE OUR BRILLIANCE – and how we can!

Oct. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- In the wake of economic collapses that have seemingly decimated the class that was considered the backbone of the world's largest economy, so many are spiraling into darkness and despair - individually and collectively, as a nation.  

With so many people out of work, upside down in their homes or remaining in jobs that are not aligned with their greater purpose, it would be easy for people of any class to give up hope and just trudge along.  When a person lives without hope or from a stuck place for a long enough period of time – in “dis-ease” – the gateway becomes wide open for a serious disease to step in.

This type of news might seem to rally people's passion to manifest their dreams, but this is often not the case.   You may ask “Why?” and Lauren Perotti, Certified Dreambuilder Coach, will tell you.  “When people are in a dark place – the kind of darkness that comes from losing hope – they tend to get stuck there and often need help to find their way back to the light of hope and re-learn how to dream what's possible.  And only with dreaming – and knowing HOW to bring the vision into reality and make it manifest – has there ever been forward movement for anyone individually and collectively as a nation”, says Perotti.  

Perotti knows what it's like to lose hope in the face of significant trials, sink to the bottom of a seemingly black abyss and then somehow reignite that fire inside to rise up and rebuild from scratch.  Her most significant trial – a diagnosis with Acute Leukemia – came on when she felt stuck and stressed in her demanding career as a senior manager in a global consulting firm.   It was while she spent the better part of that year in hospitalized isolation for a bone marrow transplant that she discovered the essential elements to re-purpose her life's work and play.  

She believes that it is by designing and living a life in alignment with your purpose that you shine most brilliantly because you can fully express the gifts, traits and skills that make you unique.  When you ignite your brilliance, your sense of hope and possibility-thinking increases, which can up-level your success and satisfaction.

Perotti feels the time is ripe for transformation on a grand scale. "This is an opportunity for a huge wake up call.  There's so much relevant talk about what our country needs to do to regain its own resilient spirit – but we've almost forgotten the adage to 'let it begin with me'", says Perotti.  

Perotti is letting it begin with herself; her mission is to help light up the world one person at a time.  How will she do that?  By teaching people how to awaken, envision and manifest their dreams.  Perotti joined forces with the Life Mastery Institute (LMI), the premiere training institute for transformational coaches, to add Dreambuilder Coaching Certification to her extensive expertise.
