What can i say? I loved this book cover to cover!!!!
Les Bailey did an incredible job making a subject like orthotics and biomechanics so understandable to the lay person.
I thought it a little surprising that an osteopath had written this as my understanding is that they treat back pain? Not only back pain it seems! Dr Les Bailey made the study of plantar fasciitis quite an art.
I am currently reading the 3rd edition from 2010 and i must say its even better than the 1st .there is much more information about the various orthotics available
It was sad how parish and bell clinic came to an end as les bailey had built it up from scratch into quite an empire.
His work with arnica injections used in place of cortisone made interesting reading ,and i must say i found it useful that he included it in this book.
Orthotics and physical therapies really are les baileys passion, and we look forward to seeing many more books from this easy to read author.
