Premium Instore Solutions Creates Positive Work Environment, We listen to what our employees need!

Premium Instore Solutions one of the best businesses to work for in Terre Haute Indiana when it comes to listening to their employees needs.

Oct. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- According to recent research conducted by OfficeTeam staffing services, many employers are keeping their ears and minds open to concerns and suggestions of their employees.  Plenty of people working full-time jobs feel that summer months should provide more scheduling leniency due to all of the events that occur at that time of the year.  When employee requests are honored, employers report an overall increase in morale among workers who feel mutually respected and satisfied. Premium Instore Solutions, an employee-focused marketing firm, accentuates the vital necessity of maintaining staff satisfaction; and offers an array of appreciations to their dedicated employees.

October 12, 2012 – OfficeTeam, a staffing service who collects and reports business data relevant to job searchers, releases new research information regarding employee requests and management’s responses to these requests.  Their findings show that many exemplary employees are receiving corrective actions, more so during the summer months than any other time of the year.  However, as FOX News reported earlier this year, companies who reported implementing flexible summer schedules (based on mass requests and shift coverage concerns) are showing favorable results.  Employee-focused company, Premuim Instore Solutions, states that this respect and flexibility should not be available seasonally.  Tyrone Jones, Premium Instore Solutions CEO, says, “Our employees receive flexibility and support from management year round.  We want our employees to want to work and to thrive in the marketing industry.  When the employee knows that he or she can attend an event that is important to them, without the fear disciplinary action, morale and productivity skyrocket!”

The most requested summer-time attendance policy modifications are; flexible hours, early dismissal on Fridays, increased social company gatherings, and a less restrictive dress code.  Companies nationwide are throwing money down the toilet by repeating training classes every few weeks because of their substandard employee retention.  “They have trouble holding on to valuable workers because of the unfair input/output ratio that has become standard in society.  Employers think that they can put the weight of three full time jobs on one employee, because of the recession and the lack of jobs.  Workers everywhere are being intentionally mistreated and after so long, they’ll reach a breaking point,” Jones advises.
Jones has experienced such positive results with this managerial approach and he adamantly maintains its effectiveness.  “It’s no secret, if you treat your employees with respect and pay them well, everyone benefits; the employee, administration staff, management, and our clientele.  It’s a win/win situation.  We give each trainee the knowledge, the confidence, and the resources to become their own boss; and you’d be surprised at how quickly some of them are able to achieve this!”  Jones exclaims.
According to FOX News, only 6% of companies take heed to their employees’ requests and suggestions regarding summer scheduling.  The article states, “A majority of employers are giving workers what they want.  Seventy-five percent of employers allowed flexible schedules and 63% allowed workers to leave early on Fridays.”  In addition, ½ of the surveyed employers reported a relaxed summer dress code policy and slightly more than ¼ of the employers offered at least one major company social event.  However, these changes are scattered and only fulfilling some of the requests of their employees.

Premium Instore Solutions is renowned for its management structure, rapidly available advancement opportunities, and weekly “team nights.”  Many of the employees at Premium Instore Solutions gain the opportunity to vacation at some of the most exotic resort locations in the world, as an incentive for stellar performances!  This marketing firm makes it priority to promote from within the company to prove that hard work does pay off.  Amanda Taylor, Premium Instore Solutions’ Human Resource Representative, proudly offers her opinion, “Our open door policy is real.  Come in, talk to us, tell us your thoughts!  We take all of our valued employees’ concerns into consideration.  You are important to the success of our business, and we want you to know that we appreciate that.”
