Monterrey, Mexico- Along the main highway in Monterrey you will now see a brighter future. Greenstar Products, Inc. along with Tecnología y Diseño Electrónico manufactured and installed 1,650 new streetlights down 20 Km (12 miles) of Constitución Avenue in September and October 2012. Replacing the 480 watt streetlights with Greenstar’s Galaxy 66 (150 watt) LED streetlight model, Monterrey will see energy savings of 75% and $600,000 per year with a return on investment in just two years.
