Healthcare providers to build their brand with help of leading thinker

Oct. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Prof David A Shore from the School of Public Health at Harvard University will present two seminars at the London Stansted Hilton Hotel in November – his only such appearances in the UK this year.  Prof Shore is the founder of the university’s Certificate and Executive Programs in Project Management in Healthcare while he also teaches its MBA programme in Marketing.

The first session will outline how providers can seek out ways to build their reputation and develop trust, hoping them to become more effective and efficient, both clinically and administratively.  The day will include workshops where participants will learn how to build a ‘trust capacity’ with questions, ideas and examples.  Prof Shore will spell out the return on investment that healthcare providers can expect from building this brand.

Mrs Howard added: “The second session will teach delegates what healthcare organisations must do well to be successful, focusing in particular on the early phases of project management.  It will also introduce participants to the Project Activation Management System which has been designed by Prof Shore specifically for the healthcare sector.”

Prof Shore has delivered keynote addresses and provided consultation on six continents.  He is frequently quoted in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Modern Healthcare. He is also the author of the groundbreaking books The Trust Prescription for Healthcare: Building Your Relationship with Consumers and The Trust Crisis in Healthcare: Causes, Consequences and Cures.
