Bellflower Beauty College of Lakewood signed a 5-year lease for 5,031 square feet at the Carwood Center. PCS Express, “An Authorized Verizon Dealer,” signed a 5-year lease for 1,600 square feet. Chronic Tacos signed a 5-year lease for 1,300 square feet. The Green Room, a Herbalife Independent Distributor, signed a 3-year lease for 1,170 square feet. Garrett Colburn of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Chronic Tacos.
The four new tenants, which are expected to open in late October to early November, will join Vons, It’s A Grind, Subway, Supercuts, RE/MAX, Pacific Trust Bank at Carwood Center located in the 4200 block of Woodruff Avenue in Lakewood.

A newly completed 12-acre redevelopment situated across the street from Carwood Center features Sprouts, Smart & Final Extra!, Harbor Freight Tools and Alin Party Supply. According to Hammond, Marshalls and HomeGoods have just signed leases at this new development and will soon join the tenant roster.
