WY18 Condos to be Featured on HGTV’s House Hunters

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 11, 2012 - HGTV’s House Hunters will feature WY18 Condominiums on Thursday, October 25 at 10:00 p.m. EST. The episode entitled, “Homebuyers Hunting for History in Nation’s Capital,” will feature two D.C lawyers searching for a home that provides historical charm with modern amenities.

Originally known as The Warrington and The Wilmington, the WY18 buildings are two-of-a-kind in a one-of-a-kind setting. Nestled in the heart of Adams Morgan, one of DC’s most vibrant neighborhoods, WY18 truly has it all.  

The post-industrial-era buildings were completely renovated with thoughtful layouts and energy efficient appliances while maintaining its historical charm. WY18 was awarded Best Condo Conversion of 2012 by Delta Associates.

The condos were purchased by Urban Investment Partners in 2010 and contracted through UIP General Contracting, Inc. There are only four condominiums remaining, sales by The Mattison Group at Long & Foster Real Estate.
