Business partners and sub-contractors receive an "Invitation to bid" email from Munger, which directs them to an online password protected project folder where they can easily access specifications, CAD drawings, images, photos and videos using a computer or mobile device.

, serves Munger and its partners without requiring Munger to install and manage its own premises based file sharing infrastructure. It improves consistency and efficiency without incremental increases in manpower as Munger's business grows. This productivity enhancement saves on reprographics costs and significantly reduces downstream errors and time delays since business partners and their sub-contractors have online access to complete, up-to-date information.
