Ambrell’s automation partner NuTek Industrial Systems – which is a member of the Ambrell Hardening Group – will be on-hand, and the two companies will display a small Fanuc robot that works with an Ambrell EASYHEAT 2kW induction heating system to preheat tubes. Additionally, a separate 2kW EASYHEAT induction heating system will be available for one-on-one demonstrations.
Ambrell’s wide array of induction heating solutions will be highlighted – from the aforementioned small, versatile EASYHEAT systems to powerful EKOHEAT systems. With full-scale output power ranging from 1.2kW to 800kW and frequencies ranging 1 kHz to 400 kHz, Ambrell has a solution for a vast range of applications and induction can be seamlessly integrated into production processes. Additionally, Ambrell’s eVIEW induction heating software will be underscored, as its temperature and process monitoring capabilities will be illustrated.
