Worldwide Energy Consortium Announces New Refinery Project

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 11, 2012 - Dallas, Texas – Worldwide Energy Consortium, Inc. (WEC) announces plans to start a new refinery project near Lubbock, Texas. Having reached agreement on the project site, WEC has initiated the permitting process and expects to begin construction in the first quarter of 2013. The state-of-the-art refinery will be in full operation by the summer of 2014.

“It is important to generate jobs here in Texas, as well as to create a refining model that is designed to utilize local crude production and produce products for consumption in the immediate region”, states Dave Martinelli, CEO of WEC.

Mr. Martinelli believes that a low emission, de-centralized refining model is an environmentally responsible approach, which greatly reduces transportation energy requirements while maximizing the positive economic impact of our abundant natural resources.
