The 2012 MPWN Expo will include free health screenings, tips on personal health, fitness and weight management, as well as business health support in the areas of marketing, finance, and networking, to name a few. Expo goers will enjoy Caribbean music by the Gratitude Steel Drum Band, and food and beverages available for purchase.
“Last year over 500 attendees came to network, develop business contacts, and learn new, innovative health and business solutions to get their businesses and body back in shape,” says Event Organizer and MPWN Executive Director, Dr. Diane Buffalin. “We’ve been at this beautiful venue for 18 years because it is lush, exciting and conducive to Networking. The booth cost for exhibitors is only $175 or $200 for one with electricity, and that price includes a one-year membership in MPWN.”
“We truly enjoy bringing people together to meet their needs and helping Michigan businesses grow”.
The Michigan Professional Women’s Network was formed in 1981 by women executives seeking opportunities for professional development, to help members reach personal and professional goals, and reach personal growth. It represents women of diverse backgrounds who join together to meet the needs of others by sharing resources, increasing personal business networks, supporting each other, exchanging ideas, and providing valuable information. The group meets the second Monday of the month at the Clawson Steak House, and allows men to attend.
