Children's Advocacy Center Names Durnwald President of Board

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 10, 2012 - Richard L. Durnwald, a financial advisor with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, was recently elected president of the board of directors at Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida (CAC).

“In the four years that Rich has been involved with our agency, he has contributed significantly, co-chairing our $2.8 million capital campaign, and serving as treasurer and then vice-president,” commented Jill Turner, CEO. “We are extremely grateful for his support.”

Joining Durnwald as officers of the board are: Charles Idelson, vice-president, Anne Hansen, treasurer, Peter Seif, secretary and Paul Martin, immediate past president.

Children's Advocacy Center, a United Way partner agency, is a crisis center that works with sexually and physically abused children and is designed to be a safe and friendly place for them to come and be heard.
