Oklahoma's Lance Parker Nominated for Cosmo's Bachelor of the Year

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. (Oct. 10, 2012) - Oklahoma native, Lance Parker, has been chosen to represent Oklahoma in Cosmopolitan’s yearly bachelor search. Parker, 27, is now in the running to be named Cosmopolitan’s Bachelor of the Year.

Parker, a professional soccer player, is originally from Oklahoma City, is against 51 other bachelors for the title and the $10,000 prize.

Bachelors were nominated by friends or family for the 2012 Bachelor Search back in April, and Cosmopolitan announced the semifinalists Oct. 1. The 10 finalists are chosen by voters (voting ends Oct. 18), and the Bachelor of the Year will be chosen by a panel of Cosmopolitan editors.
