Buy to Let Mortgages with 75% LTV - New Limited Deals from Private Lender

Oct. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- The term LTV is used when discussing how much a mortgage you have in relation to how much your property is worth. It’s usually a percentage which indicates the mortgaged amount with the amount that is actual yours (your equity). For example, for a £100,000 property you would be expected to fork out a £25,000 deposit with your mortgage provider lending £75,000.
