represented the landlord, Paddock Limited Partnership. T3 Advisors Vice President Jon Frisch represented the tenant, Dockyard, Inc.
Known as the Paddock Building, 101 Tremont Street is an eleven-floor 70,000-sf building in Boston’s Midtown submarket. Occupancy is slated for the fall of 2012.
Dockyard, Inc. is a web and mobile software consultancy. It specializes in providing services to build web or mobile applications in either the consumer or enterprise space.
