One of the main speakers that spoke at the Saturday event was reality actress Mimi Faust who grew up in the Atlanta area and spoke to the children. Her message came from a stand point of knowing their struggles because of her beginnings as a youth in Atlanta. She encourage the youth in always being creative.
“Always have paper and pen, if you have an idea write it down and start working on it immediately while it is fresh in your mind,” was one of the many nuggets of advice Mimi said to the youth.
After she gave her speech she took time to answer many of the youth’s questions about life, TV and entrepreneurship. This was just one of the many events that Mimi is partnering with Higher Family Achievement.
