Remote support is provided by Medi-future after the sale and sales service, via the dealer. To show you how to maximize your gains from the system, Medi-future will provide an on-site training course for a maximum duration of one week. Additional costs such as meals and accommodation for the on-site course should be provided by the dealer. During the warranty period all software upgrades are available to the client for free. The dealer is responsible for the physical conduct of the upgrades but Medi-future will give technical support and training for the upgrade itself.
