SAN DIEGO – October 10, 2012 – Bootique Fitness, a San Diego boot camp company geared specifically towards women’s health and fitness, invites both men and women in the community to exercise for a cause on Saturday, October 20 from 10:30 to 11:15 am at Balboa Park.
The workout is donation only and supports Bootique Fitness boot campers Amy Scheir and Stephanie Oberle participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day™, a 60-mile race, on team Viva Las Boobies.
“I launched Bootique Fitness as a way to help women achieve their fitness goals and overall health and wellness,” said Jaylin Allen. “Now we have a unique opportunity to give back and support these amazing ladies as well as larger goal during breast cancer awareness month.”
Individuals of all ages and fitness levels are welcome on Saturday to sweat for a cause; the workout will be a fun, co-ed competition style format positioning Bootique Fitness boot campers against non-boot campers. Participants will only need to bring water and an exercise mat. At the conclusion of the workout there will be a raffle and door prizes.
The address for Boot Camp For Boobies is: 600 Upas Street, San Diego, CA 92103
Donations are encouraged and appreciated.
