Boulder Colo. -- To most people “recreation” is just that - - an act of leisure for one’s own pleasure, relaxation, fun, enjoyment or amusement.  But, at TONIC Marketing it’s a different story.  The agency has adopted a new initiative “Where Recreation is Serious Business™” to further define the 18-year-old Boulder, Colo.-based full-service marketing agency.
