Speakers to Discuss Agile Persuasion Tactics and Projects

Humphries has executed projects and guided strategy for many Fortune 50 companies within the Federal, local, finance, wireless and cable industries. He strives to use his experience to move strategy and project delivery forward to modern, streamlined methods and processes.
Seckel will present on OMB300, Techstats, EVM, and Governance Reporting for Agile Projects. With years of experience in state and Federal Government at multiple agencies, Seckel currently leads Blackstone’s Agile management consulting practice, focused on multiple Department of Homeland Security (DHS) components and implementation of Agile across the Department. Seckel is an active member of the DHS Agile Integrated Project Team, which defines the Agile practices and processes for the department.
