MultiAlert911 is a one-of-a-kind E911 service which includes an option to automatically send various types of alerts to pre-designated contacts when a call is made to 911. The alerts are delivered via email, SMS or phone with the patented ListenIN feature.   ListenIN allows pre-authorized contacts (alertees) to listen in on a the live in-progress 9-1-1 call.
