PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 9, 2012 - Atlanta Georgia 10th October 2012 - American female artist and song writer PiNKKiTTi has moved to set the record straight regarding the intellectual property rights violation roar with Songwriter/producer and CEO of RedZone Entertainment Christopher “Tricky” Stewart. The American song bird has confirmed the her musical sound and album concepts were used in the production of Beyonce’s and Rihanna’s biggest selling albums “I am Sasha Fierce” and “Good Girl/Gone Bad” respectively. Recently, substantial evidence has been popping up in the scene implicating RedZone CEO Tricky Stewart on the matter. The double EPS SGirls/Girl4U concept and the musical sound in that concept was a product of PiNKKiTTi’s creativity with the help of ex-marketing director of SciTrek in Atlanta, at least that is what evidence shows. Before signing a contract with Eden Management through Christopher Stewart’s father Philip Stewart, a company which was to later be the gateway for a meeting with tricky Stewart, the concept on the double EP album by PiNKKiTTi was already complete. The idea presented a two sided album which presented PiNKKiTTi one side as a superhero – a pop sound with dancing and vibrant beats and the other side as the girl next store- the beautiful and easy going singer that anyone would fall for. The latter part involved cool sounds and songs. It is this concept which later became part and parcel of Beyonce’s multi platinum album “I am Sasha Fierce” raising many questions about Christopher tricky credibility. If at all the sound and album concept was tricky’s own making, why did it have to appear long after the launch and completion of double EPS SGirls/Girl4U and why did he cut contacts with PiNKKiTTi soon after the first meeting? This explains why double EPS SGirls/Girl4U sound and album did not pull off. The eminent legal confrontation with RedZone’s CEO has grounds it seems yet even so, PiNKKiTTi has remained untamed in her pursuit for success using her creativity and talent. The talented songwriter/singer is now working on a reality TV project named “All My Money” – the name has been inspired by the challenge faced by PiNKKiTTi in holding on to her money including intellectual property like music, albums and creative sounds in what is already a dominated industry full of unscrupulous people who always extend a hand to offer “help”. Taking on an industry heavyweight like Christopher “Tricky” Stewart and RedZone Entertainment is a courageous show by PiNKKiTTi, one that will inspire many other artists and talented musicians who have seen their potential go down the drain only to be collected and reused by other established artists. She notes “No matter what happens I am never going to stop fighting for what is right and for what I know is the truth. See at this point I feel like everything I worked for, the accumulation of my whole life’s career has been stolen. His only mistake is he left me nothing else to lose that I value more! I’m willing to take a lie detector test or any other type of analysis to show that this is exactly what happened. Let the truth be told I am The Goose That Laid That Golden Egg………..” Retaliatory rhetoric and counter accusations are expected to hit out at PiNKKiTTi from Tricky Stewart and RedZone in general ahead of the eminent legal action. However, PiNKKiTTi has promised her fans she is staying put and will see that justice takes its course.
